GTQ-II Rail Lubricator
Rail oiler is an oiling tool for oiling bolts. Rail oiler is mainly used for metro small radius curve rail oiling, in order to reduce the side grinding of the outer rail, at the same time can effectively reduce the noise and vibration.
This machine is installed in the bottom of the rail on the base plate of the transmission clamp iron and bracket clamp iron, transmission rod, connecting rod, the train passes through the rail up and down the kinetic energy transferred to the gear pump, so that its work, the lubricant through the oil pipeline to the oil tongue, through the wheels of the adhesive tape, the lubricant will be coated in the longer distance on the rails, so that the formation of a layer of abrasion-resistant oil film, in order to reduce the abrasion of the wheel and rail.
