NGM-6.3II Internal combustion intelligent copying rail grinder is mainly used for the recovery and grinding of welded joints, calendering burrs, rail surface repair, waveform wear, etc. in railway rail maintenance and construction. Compared with the original model. the structure layout, transmission mode and control mode of the machine have been greatly improved. Not only the technical performance such as copying accuracy and grinding efficiency has been greatly improved, but also the intelligent control of grinding wheel feed has been realized due to the develonment and application of NC feed unit.The operation steps of construction operation and measurement are greatly simplified, and the problem of "excessive polishing" in construction is avoided.
