NCM-5.1 Switch Grinding and Deburring Machine
This machine is mainly used to polish the defects of the rail ends and the overlap on the bifurcation point of the rail, and also to grind the flash burrs of the rail edge. This product has passed RailwaysProduct Certification Center (CRCC) certification.
Characteristics
The machine can also meet the tempted bifurcation orbit operation conditions in addition to ordinary switch grinding operations. The grinding device can be adjusted freely in five directions (following axis X, axis y, axis Z to move and axis X and axis Y to turn) which can grind different kinds of inclination of rail surface. The machine rack can be adjusted freely so as to grind different rail distance. The grinding wheels feeding and swinging can be adjusted freely, adjustment and locking convenience.
